Q. Can I return an item?

A. Returns or exchanges for personal convenience (e.g., difference from picture, size error, customs fees, etc.) are not accepted.

We only accept returns or refunds for defective or damaged products, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
In this case, please send us photos of the problem along with a detailed description.
After verification, we will proceed with the refund.

All items offered by toi moi are vintage pieces.
They carry within them the charm and uniqueness that they have acquired over time.
For this reason, they may show slight signs of wear or variations.
If you are looking for an item in strictly new and perfect condition, we may not be able to meet your expectations, and we thank you in advance for your understanding.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. After confirmation of your payment, the delivery time is as follows:

International Delivery: Typically 2-5 weeks after dispatch

Delivery to France: generally 5 to 10 working days after dispatch

Please note that for international shipments, additional delays may occur due to customs checks and air transport congestion.

Standard items: shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Q. What are the delivery costs?

A. Delivery in France: €7 International delivery: €15 (flat rate)

All shipments include a tracking number and insurance with guarantee.

Countries with full tracking until delivery:
Albania, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom.

For countries not mentioned above, tracking will only be available until the package leaves France.
After that, local tracking information will not be updated.

We are sorry, but shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

A. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
PayPal
Apple Pay

Credit cards can be used regardless of their country of issue.
